About Irving Einhorn
Mr Einhorn started his career in 1972 as a SEC Staff attorney. He rose to increasingly more responsible positions culminating in his appointment as Regional Administrator of the Commission's Los Angeles Regional Office where he was responsible for overseeing in excess of 100 staff members whose function was to implement the Commission's regulatory and law enforcement mandates principally in the Western United States. Subsequent to leaving the SEC in 1989, Einhorn has engaged in the private practice of law focused exclusively on Federal, State and self regulatory organization securities enforcement and securities compliance matters.
Irving M. Einhorn has unique experience in SEC enforcement, SEC regulation, SEC compliance, and SEC disclosure requirements based on 17 years of service as and SEC attorney. Mr. Einhorn has over 40 years of experience, his entire professional experience as an attorney has been devoted exclusively to securities related compliance and enforcement matters.
